2010 Calvary Chapel Junior High Winter Camp

Greetings Jr. Highers and Parents!
I personally believe that the Jr. High years are the most crucial years of life. This is a time in life where kids will truly decide if they want to have a real relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Never has there been such a full force assault on their hearts and minds from the media, culture, and the world.
The media executives and Hollywood producers understand that the Jr. High years are the prime age to market their “goods” and build their following. Our Students are sold a lie that is packaged with a promise that will never deliver. As the world tries to buy this generation, we have to remind our Jr. Highers that they have been BOUGHT (redeemed) by the Savior that poured out His blood on the cross. The price that He paid was unfathomable and He did it so we could be His very own!
With that said, I would personally like to invite all Jr. High Students of Calvary Chapel Placerville (grades 7th & 8th) to join us March 5th through the 7th for the Northern CA Calvary Chapel Jr. High Winter Camp 2010 hosted by Calvary Chapel Modesto at the Woodleaf Conference Center. The theme for this conference is taken from Titus 2:14: “Jesus…gave Himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for Himself a people that are His very own, eager to do what is good.”
Our Guest speaker is going to be Gayle Erwin and our musical guest and worship leader is going to be Evan Wickham. The cost of the camp is $115. Please let me know, as soon as possible if you can’t afford this and still desire your student to attend…
The deadline for signing up is Sunday January 31st.
This weekend will be a turning point for many of our students. It will challenge them, encourage them and stir their hearts to yield up their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ as King! I am genuinely excited to see what the Holy Spirit is going to do. Please sign up and join us!

2010 Northern California Calvary Chapel High School Winter Camp

When we see the world around us, how can we deny that we are living in the last days and that the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ is so close at hand? I personally believe that this is one of the most exciting times in history! That is why it is absolutely 
imperative that this generation of students understand the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that they learn to have a close intimate relationship with Him.
With that said, I would personally like to invite all Sr. High Students Of Calvary Chapel Placerville (grades 9-12) to join us February 5th-7th for the 2010 Northern California Calvary Chapel High School Winter Camp hosted by Calvary Chapel of Auburn at the Woodleaf Conference Center. The theme of this conference is going to be “THRIVING in The Last Days” (Not Just Surviving) based out of Hebrews 10:23-25.
The guest speakers at this conference are going to be Casey Kendall, the Youth Pastor at Calvary Chapel High Desert and Greg Denham, Senior Pastor at Calvary Chapel Auburn. The Musical guest will be Danyew and worship will be lead by the Calvary Auburn Worship Band. The cost of the camp is $119. Please let me know, as soon as possible if you can’t afford this and you still desire your student to attend..
