Hello Everyone,
Here is a breakdown of the requirements for the 2010 Mexico Missions trip from last Sunday’s Meeting:
- Dates and where we will be staying
- Attendance requirements for meetings and fundraisers
- Attitude of the student’s heart about serving
- Attitude of the student’s heart toward leadership and other students
- Selection process
- Grade requirements
You can print out a copy of the student contract below along with a copy of the scheduled meetings and fundraisers that all students are required to attend.

All students who wish to come on the trip must have the contract signed and turned in by the first meeting.

2010 Ministry Calendar Meeting and Mexico Orientation Meeting

DON’T FORGET!! This Sunday November 29th from 1:00 to 3:00 PM is our annual Youth Ministry Calendar 
Meeting and Mexico Orientation Meeting. The first 30 Minutes of the meeting will be focused on information regarding the upcoming events and plans for the ministry in 2010.
The remainder of the time will be the orientation meeting for this year’s upcoming Spring Break Outreach to Mexico. We have some exciting plans for this trip that are much different from the previous years of traveling to Mexico.
All students who are planning to go to Mexico this year, this is a mandatory meeting for both you and your parents. We will be highlighting the training schedule and will be discussing, in detailed what will be required for eligibility to attend this years Mexico Missions Trip.
I would really like to encourage all parents, students and volunteers who are involved, or want to be involved in the Jr. and Sr. High Student Ministries here at Calvary Chapel Placerville to attend both meetings as there are many exciting things that are coming up this next year…

Don’t forget to mark your calendars for Sunday December 21st after 2nd service. We are having our annual first Mexico meeting of the year. We will be discussing the training schedule and what will be required of the students attending this year’s Mexico Mission Trip during Spring Break of next year.
