Sky High/Granite Arches

Hey Everyone!
Friday, Oct 30th, Jr and Sr High will be going to Sky High and Granite Arch. The cost will be $15.00 for Sky High and/or $21.00 for the Granite Arches, which includes dinner. A sign up sheet is on the Information Table, or you can CLICK HERE to sign up online. Don’t miss it!
Please make sure you Student has a signed release form before dropping them off… Please CLICK HERE for a copy. Sky High and Granite Arch both require that Liability Waivers be signed as well. You may download them by clicking the links below.
Also, if your student has not participated in any youth events in 2009, we will require that a release of liability for be filled out and signed by parents as well.. You may download that by Clicking Here…
