Hello All,
I just finished with at meeting last night at St. John’s Women and Children’s Center in Sacramento. They have agreed to have us come in for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week to help serve meals, do work around the facility and do VBS Outreach for the kids there at the shelter. God is so good! We are excited because this is an excellent opportunity not only to share the love of Jesus, but also share His Gospel right here in our own backyard!
Also, Pastor Bob Huddleston of Calvary Chapel Sacramento has agreed to let us crash at the church which is just minutes away from the shelter so that we do not have to make the trek back and forth from Placerville those three nights.
On Thursday and possibly Friday we may have the opportunity to minister to about 20 group home kids in Sacramento. More details to follow on that!
